Service Agreement

When you engage our services, you agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications promptly, and make payments according to the agreed schedule. We agree to provide quality craftsmanship, communicate transparently, and complete projects within the agreed timeline.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or installation. Payment plans are available for projects over $5,000 subject to approval.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time prior to final delivery. Cancellations made after work has begun will result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover materials purchased and labor incurred.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
